We ship from within the United States.

Tracking Information

Delays

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered, customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. However, we are happy to assist in resolving any concerns.
