Refund Policy

At Amavelle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our goal is to make returns simple and transparent.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopamavelle.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. A $3 restocking fee may be deducted from approved returns.

Returns are processed at our designated returns facility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopamavelle.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
